Ashleigh & Sean Stevenson

Sean Stevenson grew up in Tobermory. He is an experienced diver and knows about all the exciting adventures of this town.

Ashleigh Stevenson was born & raised in Toronto & met Sean in 2007 while working at the local pub. For the past 10 years we have been looking to find ways to make a living up here in this beautiful town.

In 2017 our dreams came true and  found this amazing home and took on a new adventure as bed & breakfast owners.

Meet "Mavi" - I can guarantee he will steal your heart! He is a sweet boy who loves meeting new people! He has travelled with Sean all the way from Thunder Bay, Ont. and loves living in Tobermory! He is an indoor cat as there are too many wildlife out there that would love to play with him.

He will follow you around the house and maybe get into your room and snuggle with your things so make sure to keep your door closed in case you don't want to take fluffs of him home with you!

Meet "Judy" - he is quite the talker and if you are lucky you will get to meet him. He is more of a shy cat who hides mostly in the basement but will get the courage to come out and say hi! We rescued him in 2011 from the Toronto Humane Society and has been an awesome addition to this family! He also is an indoor cat as we lived in apartments in the city and he has become curious lately so make sure to have any doors leading outside closed in case he sneaks by you.

Fantastic weekend! Sean and Ashleigh are excellent hosts, great people, and provided great advice on activities in both Tobermory and Bruce Penninsula National Park. Breakfast was great, and we loved the flexibility and relaxed atmosphere our hosts provided. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing: our first time to Tobermoy/Canada this gem of a B&B could not have been any friendlier or warmer. Ashliegh and Sean werer superb hosts and we felt like we made friends not just met owners of a B&B. The surrounds were spectacular; we ended up staying an additonal night/day and we were so glad as Ashleigh and Sean took us on a adventure through various walks. Beautful accomodation, calming and relaxed and excellent breakfast. Thank you so much we hope to return to the same area in a couple of years ensuring we book with you for our stay :)

My husband and I stayed at Dry Dock B&B for our mini-moon (mini honeymoon) and we can honestly say that we have never felt so welcome!! Ashleigh and Sean are some of the kindest, most genuine and warm people we’ve ever met. They were helpful and informative in helping us plan our days in Tobermory. Breakfast was DELICIOUS (the egg muffins and granola for parfait is to DIE FOR!), and their cats Maverick and Judas were the icing on the cake in making us feel right at home. We are certain you will not experience a better stay in Tobermory at any other lodging within the town as you will at Dry Dock. We highly recommend staying here; we will most definitely be returning and staying here in the near future!!

You cannot beat this location! Ashleigh and Sean’s place is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the quaint little town of Tobermory at your leisure, just a short 2min walk from the main centre and 5min from the dock for the tour boats. Ashleigh was full of local tips and more than happy to give us recommendations for where to eat, drink and various walking trails. The breakfast was lovely, with something to suit anyone’s preferences. Comfy bed and spacious room as well! Will absolutely be back here when we visit Tobermory next.
